1. Switch off Bluetooth on your smartphone. 2. Press and hold button ► PLAY (8 secs) on both earphones until you watch the two LED blinking blue/red. 3. Release the buttons ► Play on both earphones. Wait 10 seconds. One earphone blinks blue, the other blinks red/blue. Then, your earphones are paired with your smartphone.
Note: How to check pairing is successful? On one earphone, press and hold button ► PLAY 4 sec, then both earphones turn off (red blink).

These earphones are the worst purchase I've made in my life. One earphone has almost no sound and they are not charging equally on inside the box. Worst part is that any combination of earpieces are trash they slip out of the ears and for trying to stick them in I always get my ears hurting. These are not made for any kind of sport, can't even stay in the ears for more than 20min without having to put them in again.
Totally useless.

Hello,
Please contact our after-sales service for a product replacement for the sound issue.
With stereo bluetooth earphones, one earphone receives the signal from the smartphone and sends it to the other earphone, which involves that the master device consumes more power. This explain why one earphone charges quicker than the other.
For the ear placement please check our tutorial or contact us if you need more explanations. The rubber wing must be placed behind the anti-helix, this allows to have a strong maintain.
